And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

God created us with a need for relationships, and He desires for us to live in community with one another. To grow as a Christian, we must have regular fellowship with other believers where we can be encouraged and strengthened in our Christian walk.

Horizon Small Groups are extremely important because as our church grows, we want each person at Horizon to be known and loved at a personal level.

Small Groups

Ladies Bible Study  (all ages) 

We have TWO Ladies Bible Studies!

Weekly - our weekly Ladies Bible Study gathers Wednesday nights at the church, from 6pm - 7:30pm.

Come early, at 5pm, and join us for Family Dinner before bible study starts.

Monthly - our monthly Ladies Bible Study gathers  the 3rd Thursday of each month at Andrea Galindo's home, from September - May.

Girlfriends

Ladies (20s-50s) share in fellowship, prayer, God's word, and an overall fun night out! Lead by Dena Greeno, Girlfriends has monthly events you wont want to miss.

Tangled Together Ladies Crochet Home Group

Tangled Together, for ladies ages 18 and over and all skill levels,   gathers in Stephanie Davis' home the last Saturday of each month, 11:00am, for fellowship, fun, and crochet.  If you are an avid crocheter, or just getting started, this is a great place for you!  

For the month of MARCH ONLY, our  meeting will take place March 23 instead of the last Saturday, which falls on Easter weekend.

Tangled Together Registration

The Encouragers (age 50+)

The Encouragers  join together for a pot-luck meal, fellowship, and Bible Study led by Pastor Wayne Folmer every other Wednesday, at the church, at 2:00 pm

Men on the Horizon

Men (Age 18 and over) gather on Wednesdays, 6pm - 7:15pm to share in God's word.   Our current study is titled, "No More Excuses."

Men also gather for outdoor activities and  other events.

Come early, at 5pm, and join us for Family Dinner before bible study starts. 

Horizon Youth RISE

Students (Grades 6 - 12) gather in the Youth Room on Sunday evenings, from 5:30pm - 7:30pm for games, food, friendship, and fun.

Students also gather on Wednesday evenings, from 6pm - 7:30pm for Teen Bible Study, where they cover hot topics affecting students today.

Horizon Kids

Horizon Kids is a safe place where all of God’s children  can learn about being rooted in His word, learn about themselves, and meet friends and role models.

Nursery (Ages 0 - 3) is available during Worship Services at 8:45am and 10:30am.

Horizon Kids (Age 4 - Grade 5)  gathers Sunday mornings in the Children's Room at 8:45am and 10:30am.

Kids Club (Age 4 - Grade 6) gathers Wednesday nights in the Children's Room from 6pm - 7:30pm.

Life Groups

A Life Group is a group of 6 - 12 people who meet on a regular basis for the purpose of Christian fellowship and connection. Life Groups meet weekly, every other week, or monthly.
Life Group meetings involve conversation, discussion related to living out our faith and God's Word, and prayer. Life Groups also involve food!
